RealPlayer's preferred frame rate is 15 frames per second. When you record video using Alive e-Show, your frame rate is set to 15 frames per second automatically. However, any attached video that was recorded at a higher frame rate will lose frames at a ratio dependent upon your frame rate. This may make your video choppy. For example, if you record video at 30 frames per second, during the encoding process Alive e-Show will drop every other frame. Likewise, a video that is recorded at 20 frames per second will drop every third frame during the encoding process. To solve this problem, we recommend that you re-record your video at 15 frames per second.
If you recorded your video at a frame rate less than 15 frames per second, your video will appear choppy because not enough frames were recorded to produce a smooth playback.
